Shipping

Purchases made are shipped via Canada Post with standard delivery times of 3 to 10 business days within Canada only. Tracked mail is available upon request.

If you are local to the Niagara Region in Ontario, pickup options are available.

While great care is taken to make sure your items are protected, HK Creations is not responsible for any loss, delays, or damages that may occur during shipping.

Refunds

Due to the custom or digital nature of most of the items, we do not accept returns. 

If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, please reach out to discuss.
